Exponential kids Project

Early Childhood  Accelerated Learning Program

Fact:

Out of 62 municipalities in the Southern Suburbs of Chicago,  educational/developmental support for gifted or advanced  learners under the age of 5 is practically nonexistent.

Our Current Funding Initiative- $25,000 by December 31st, 2024
To implement our Exponential Kids Program as outlined below...

PROGRAM Purpose

The main purpose of our "Exponential Kids" program is to:
  • Create access to gifted and accelerated preschool learning programs in underrepresented geographical areas, where such opportunities are non-existent.
  • Raise the awareness of gifted potential and accelerated learners under age 5.
  • Assist parents in identifying whether their child(ren) may be gifted or accelerated learners.
  • Provide support to the parents and families of gifted and/or accelerated early learners.
  • Promote and facilitate access to information, resources, and assessments, as it pertains to giftedness and accelerated early learners.

About our program

Our "Exponential Kids" program will serve youth between the ages of 18 months-5 years old, that reside in the South Suburbs of Chicago, where there is a need for innovative alternative education options for gifted and accelerated learners of preschool age.  Our primary project objective is to provide opportunities for alternative methods of education for gifted and accelerated learners under the age of 5 years, in an area were such education is non-existent.  Our implementation will be in the form of an income based gifted and accelerated learning enrichment program for children 18 months- 5 years old.

Additionally, we have been in talks with local park districts regarding partnerships and offering our program through neighboring towns.  We also plan to use this project’s platform to create additional opportunities for gifted families to interact and engage with others that are facing some of the same systemic educational hurdles.
